Two early trade axe heads of fine craftsmanship from the trade era, 18th-19th century. The iron head displays a weathered patina indicative of extensive historical use. The brass piece features an elegant curved design suggesting a ceremonial or high-status function. Size 5 3/8" L, Blade 3 3/8" H, Weight 223 g. Provenance: Ex-Southern California Collection
